" Mankrik’s wife is very far away from him, and he offers almost no directions to her location. There is also no NPC called “Mankrik’s Wife”, as she is called “Beaten Corpse”. This results in almost everyone accepting this quest resorting to asking for her location in Barrens general chatcharacters spend large amounts of time in the Barrens, and hearing the same question repeated over and over and over again tends to drive the somewhat more experienced players a tad irritable."
