Where is Kebok?

I’m doing the “Final Voyage of the Brashtide” quest. I’m supposed to find Kebok to board a Bold Wind Rider. WowPedia says he’s in the Salty Sailor Tavern, but he’s not in the tavern or anywhere near it! Is this a bug, or is WowPedia wrong? Where can I find him so I can finally finish this quest? Thank you!

Update: I had to abandon the quest and re-accept it, but I finally found him. If you’re standing at the doorway leading down into the inn, and the Baron is bouncing wildly around in front of you, Kebok is around the corner to the left. The entryway is totally hidden in flames so it’s nearly impossible to see anyone hiding back there. Hope this helps someone else!

Thank you! A major aggravation with WoW is its lack of instruction or guidance concerning many missions. I had to look up instructions from the internet for this MMO more than for any other I’ve played.
