Where is Goram the Guildmaster?

I would like to make a guild but I can’t find Goram anymore…anyone know where he went? Googled but they show him where I’m looking but he’s not there. Thanks in advance

Last time I needed to talk to him he was not where I expected. I think he’s on the other side of the main building. The guards will flag your map if you ask them.

Thanks…looks like it’s not goram anymore it’s Utrun and I finally found him
