I just completed the quests WEB BEATS ROCK and AN OPAL OF MINE. Both have CENDERRAGG as the turn in NPC but they’re nowhere to be found. The quest says “near the entrance of the mine” but no one is there at either entrance. The quest question marks are on the map but nowhere near the entrance and nowhere is there either.
This is the second and third quest tonight were I can’t turn in the completed quest. The first is my first delve. This is only my second day of play and already I’m frustrated.
And don’t get me started on the inability to hover while skyriding to look for the turn-in NPCs
(EDIT) Never mind. I found her. I jumped down and killed every thing on the way up. I found her but a bit farther down rather than “near” the entrance.
