Server specific forums, discords, and even in-game can also be decent. I think Reddit might also have some guild listings.
Our guild has 5 raid teams, and I’m pretty sure the majority of us came through posts on this forum.
Hi Stylee - I would suggest in-game on maybe the Trade channel, or if you are fortunate enough to meet someone nice, ask them about their guild and if they can recruit you 
I want to say Wrath has a guild finder tool, but it might have been Cata… that definitely made life easier for folks without a guild home.
