and we all know that Blood elfs are super popular and Gnomes are not, but do we have something like numbers or %
i really hope Vulpera are doing great

Nothing reliable, no.
The only reliable source used to be realmpop, but Blizzard choked off that API stream.
While the effort is commendable, that sites claims a total number of accounts at 1.1 million but only 3.3 million characters.
I find it astonishingly hard to believe the average number of characters per player is 3.

Context from the site:
Blizzard has also changed their APIs to only provide data for recently active characters. They do not provide specifics of how long before inactive characters get removed, but the initial change required players to login sometime after Patch 8.2. They also give players privacy settings to turn off data sharing, as well as the ability to hide account-wide achievements.
Therefore, all leaderboards and statistics will be slightly skewed. Rankings may be incorrect due to others’ characters being missing or made private. I provide a Statistics page to help show a database breakdown and possible sampling biases. I apologize that I cannot provide you with 100% accurate information, but I hope that everything is still a good approximation and adds to your enjoyment of World of Warcraft.
Even with it’s limitations I still think it’s a decent sample of active players.

IME Vulpera are second only to blood elves, tying with orcs in popularity. Might just be me, but they are definitely popular.
An upright stance, looks good in gear, excellent animations, what’s not to love?
Vulpera are not as popular as many of the Alliance races. I like them, but I can’t see them beating out humans or night elves.

Well no. But Horde-side we’re fairly popular. I’ve been in all vulpera parties a few times before meanwhile I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen two Horde pandaren.
I normally don’t play more than 3 in an expansion.
I’ve created more but they just die in my list and’si never touch them.
