stuck with 200 version … where does anything higher drop or come from?

Otherwise you just need to get the general randomized upgrade items.

I think I recall getting an upgrade from a flawless Torghast run. But not specifically from the randomized conduit upgrade.

The cache you get from doing a covenant assault drops it at 213 ilvl as well

I had my 226 before the assaults happened so I was unaware of that.
