I’m looking at Wowhead and I see information on how to obtain it, but I don’t see what the starting quest is.
Or is there no horde quest that leads to having to face Qiaga the Keeper? Or is level 45 (just turned 46 actually) too low to be eligible for the quest?

you gotta kill Qiaga the Keeper( she drops it… cause shes the keeper)… then go tap it on an altar in hinterlands… done and done…

just make a group and kill her… then the group really becomes important for the altar part since its covered in elites.

There is a quest that leads to it actually, I did it last night. It’s called The Altar of Zul. I thinks it starts at the top of Aerie Peak. It’s part of the Sharpbeak quest line.
But that’s Alliance, right?

can’t remember the steps but I know it starts in the hinterlands, altar of zul? or something like that. it’s been years since i’ve done it.
You don’t need to do a quest on either ally or horde, just kill the npc and you get the mallet.
I know I don’t ‘need’ to, but I want to.
