Where do you like to farm Green BOEs?

I’ve tried looking some things up online, but can’t seem to find a nice area to farm green BOEs for enchanting / disenchanting. The prices are steep on the server and I can’t afford to purchase what I need to DE. Does anyone have any suggestions for BOE areas? I’d be forever grateful to you and your house.

Edit: This is for SL.

Dungeons just through LFD have always been good for this. Que for them when you do find a spot.

Although as far as spots go, I have heard that during the launch of the expansion people frequented Maldraxxus for early gold farms involving BoE’s. I imagine one of the random spots with easy to kill zombies might be good for this.

Not sure there’s an outdoor area guaranteed for green BoEs, but I’d suggest any place with easily farmable humanoids. You can try the top NE corner of Revendreth – the little peninsula directly above the “Halls of Atonement” name on the zone map. Fairly quick respawn on humanoid mobs – I used to farm lightless silk off them, can’t say for certain they were good for BoEs but I didn’t really pay attention to that.

Not sure which ilevel range you are talking about, but crafting would be the easiest bar none.

If in Shadowlands, going to Kyrian and getting cloth/enchant mat bags by having Pelagos as Soulbind is a good way, too.

for which expansion?

Shadowlands, sorry if I didn’t say.

on the AH =x

Too expensive.

I wouldn’t even discuss it. If you find a good place and post it in the forum, they’ll swoop in and nerf it hard.

I just shatter my eternal crystals into sacred shards and then shatter sacred shards into soul dust.

This works wonders. Tailoring is also decent, but not as abundant.

I dont think there’s a realiable place to grind green so thats what I did at the start of the xpc

do you have a crafting profession?
do you have alts with crafting professions?
the easiest way to get dusts, is by crafting stuff and disenchanting it.

if you haven’t done all the side-quests, get onto that… you’ll get a bunch of quest rewards to disenchant, and green drops along the way.

The bastion world quests involving all the fast respawning skinnable mobs are a heaven for LW + Skinning. So satisfying to run around and get thousands of gold off of mobs you never touched.

Indeed, where as leather is quite easy to farm, even with all the “cough” Druids “cough” running around.

Do you farmm Heroics to get the purple gems?

What do you recommend to make via LW to get the best soul dust / gems out of mat cost?

I was told that there are nonstop afk druid bot farmers in Bastion, why I don’t bother going there.

As I ironically was replying to the quote above. xD

Aren’t there world quests for dust? I’ve got more dust than I know what to do with. It’s like that stupid Death Blossom. LOL

There’s a reason that Enchanting is always recommended to be paired with Tailoring. You should be drowning in cloth that can be turned into greens with ease.

The cheapest you can, they don’t need to be level 60 stuff. They all give dust.

The higher level items don’t give a lot more, to justify the increased cost.

This is only efficient for dust, if you want blue shards, then dungeons are going to be a little more fruitful.

Not to say you can’t make/DE blue items, but the cost ramps up significantly when you need the higher grade leather to create them.
