I am 150 in bfa/zandalar and everything is grey and i did the quest I got but still nothing and can’t train anymore past 150. Idk where to go what to do.

Do the visions of n’zoth and get the 4 recipes they drop. That’s your starter.
Later you’ll have to craft a void focus in order to craft the 440 and 470 drops.

Rank 2 and 3 PvP maces.
Edit: Rank 2 is 2 marks of honor and should get you to where you can buy rank 3 for 4 marks of honor, and that should get you to the crafted goggles for yourself at 165. Vendor is in Naz by the PvP peeps.
Edit 2: I also believe there is a recipe you can buy at Rank 3 from Honorbound at exhalted to get you a few points (ice ammunition if I remember correctly), and then a rank 3 from exhalted with Zandalari that can maybe get you close to all the way. As long as you have those reps at exhalted.
Nazjatar is where you want go to get past 150, you can do the 8.3 stuff, but it’s a crappy way to do it imo.

I don’t know where the vendors are at since I’m not horde but there’s people there you can buy stuff to level it to 175
There’s two toys you can craft that is a wormhole generator for kul tiras and Zandalar, craft those and make some guns and such to level it further
I went there but didn’t see anyting but eng mats to buy but nothing to lvl it
