Where do you get heroic war front shields?

I’m trying to find where I can acquire the “night elf” shield to completely finish my entire set. It says it’s a random drop from the heroic lootable at the end of the warfront but I’m having issues finding a group when it’s up. It’s called Sentinel’s Bulwark.

I’ve gotten every single other plate piece and weapon to match but can’t find this one shield. I sort of wish there was a vendor to purchase it from but the difficulty to get it makes it all the better.

I don’t think that the weapons have normal/heroic versions, so you should be able to get them from any of the Warfront stuff. So, solo, the best bet is to kill the rares. (You can kill them once per Warfront cycle per character for loot as I’m remembering.) You’ll need characters that can equip shields to do the farming. But as it’s random, it can take a lot of kills to get them.
