So im looking all around and i cant find vendors for gear for lower levels ?
Like shadowlands now only sells the transmogs for level 60.
How do you get pvp gear for non MAX level toons ?

Check this out, they basically made the old go-to PVP sets from past eras worthless.
They did not meet the update cut, for reasons. Useless Item levels.
1 main Stat, 2 secondary 2 stamina - Terrible. Rough example.
Crafted items suffered the same blight.
Look into the new stuff via AH, Dungeons or Raids for best options.
I would really loved to have seen these updated to keep up with the flow.
Maybe in the future?
Also, some enchanted BOA’s are now grandfathered. Which can be mailed faction/realms.
Tbc- netherstorm area52, possibly gadgetzan in tanaris can’t remember
Wotlk- wrath dalaran sewers
Cata- stormwind/orgrimmar
Mop- serpent spine great wall
Wod- ashran
Legion only has mog sets except you can still get season 7 pvp gear from random things like mission board missions in your class hall
Bfa has mog sets except season 4 corrupted has blue pvp gear for honor in stormwind/orgrimmar
Sl has mog sets in oribos
I didn’t even answer the question.
Keep in mind outside of the BFA pcs +Oribos Trinkets, everything from these vendors will be outclassed by a level 15 in Dungeon Gear.
I think they meant actual equipment for thier character and not transmogs unfortunately. Which means the answer is only questing or dungeons as nothing has been updated or paid attention to and suffers the same squish problem.
That being said, @OP, winning or losing a BG at low level may award a “battleground loot crate” (don’t remember the name) which will have a random piece of gear for your level. sometimes two.
Interestingly enough, the PVP pieces were untouched same as old Raid/Heroic stuff.
But! the decade old Tier Tokens I did open on my 70s (27s) did work with the current squish up ilvl 109 iirc.
30 required though…
That’s hilarious. I should try it out on some of my old alts.
Creative retroactive adjustments.
I wish theyd take another look at the low level state, stats and crafting though.
To go to the effort to creat those items that make any crafting relevant from 10-57 only to have those levels themselves be stat neutral is absurd.
Also the experience of creating a new character, doing your first quest, and seeing that the sword is a dps loss from the dagger as their top end damage is the same.
Game just doesnt work at low levels lol. Idk if id play it if i started tomorrow and that was my starter experience.
The relic of the past crafting was wonderfully done.
Watching it get destroyed just seems so pointless to me, do they hate the past?
Fingers crossed, hopefully we see some adjustments here to bring things back in line.
Crafted/Scrolls are basically useless at this point past level 18. Unusable or just plain pointless Junk!
I remember partially gearing up through the vendors near the BG portal entrances like the one in Ashenvale … when I was Alliance. The time it took to level up was slower then… now you get through 10 levels so quickly, I’m not sure what the point would be unless you’re freezing xp. It would be easier just to introduce an Heirloom PvP set or something, otherwise you have to deal with some currency as you level up. Edit: I mean it’d probably be Honor, but having to buy pieces with Honor is time consuming.
I reallly really want an experience dampener. Like an inventory item that 1/8ths exp gained or something.
I want to enjoy the various pvp brackets more without twinking. I get like 5 bgs and im in a new bracket.
Its the little things sometimes.
Yep that was well thought out, we had gear for each bracket. Also this was when experience was not a static thing we earned either.
It’s a shame TBH, watching so much of this stuff just get turned into rubbish.
Depth and options are always a good thing, especially with how much content this game offers us.
I’m probably blabbing on at this point, but for so many years I collected these rare recipes/patterns/pcs etc.
