You don’t. They just previewed them at Blizzcon. We have to wait to get more information over the next year.
The most complete info we have is their proposed names, but even those are subject to change.

If you’re looking for the talent descriptions specifically, they haven’t been made yet. IIRC.
Mages will get Frostfire back, but we’re only getting the title.

So… I’m guessing those people didn’t know either? Why are they acting like Outlaw or Havoc has it fully datamined?
