Where do u get the Tabard of the Scarlet Enclave

there’s no way we need to buy 4 catch up gear pieces to finish the attunement right? where do we get the tabard?

… You need to finish the disguise for the attunement?

That would make 0 sense considering you can get the quest to kill Bal before getting the disguise.

There is no attunement to the raid.

I think getting the pieces for the disguise is for professions and what not. The raid itself isn’t in New Avalon, but on a side trail away from the elites.
