The Horde hides in the tannery.
Apart from The Wyvern’s Tail, which is our main RP hub, I see a lot of Horde either at The Great Seal or in the port in Dazar’alor. While many of these people aren’t RPing, some of them are, and many would be willing to RP if you made the first move.
Other than that, joining an RP guild is your best bet. Due to our smaller population, much of our RP is event-based, so we can get clusters of people together. Most RP guilds will host RP events. If you’re in a raiding guild, hoping for walk-up RP, it’s going to be challenging. Not impossible, but you will have to put some work in to find RP friends.

So you know, The Wyvern’s Tail in Orgrimmar is very lively on Wednesdays at 8p server time. Thats tavern night. Then there are guild events toward the weekends.

If you’re looking for more than walk-up, I suggest joining an active guild! I also highly suggest the idea of cross-faction! Make an alt a-side and see if anyone is willing to participate in cross-faction with you!
I also suggest joining some discord servers centered around your race!
