Where do I seek help?

This is what the OP is referring to I bet.

A Support Forum Agent might be able to look something up but they are not GMs and cannot fix bugs or bypass the ticket system.

You would still need to provide a list of at least some things you think are missing.

Nothing can be done here either you were told to post in bugs since the real GM thot it was a bug and cant fix bugs so bug forums is a good way to get the dev attention.

Exactly what was the issue theres a current bug with the xmog that comes with the TWW purchase.

No, you got your answer:

Bug reports go in the Bug Report Forum, or by utilizing the Report A Bug feature in-game.

That’s correct. You give them the report, and they will look into it. It’s not a back and forth, unless they need more information from you.

They’re humans, not AI. GMs don’t fix bugs.

Yup, it’s a one-way reporting system to QA. Bugs can be very difficult to fix. Though yours might be a corrupt UI. Always do a full UI reset to make sure it’s not on your end.

The CS forum isn’t a bad place to post, however understand that what you will get here is different and isn’t really that helpful for actual bugs since QA doesn’t read this forum, and the Blizzard Agents here also do not push things to them. Instead you will get other people who will provide information on how you might solve a problem, or clear up misunderstandings on how something should actually work. Often this will be to point people to self help documentation, or providing clarification on why something might not be working as they expect. For actual software bugs the advice will be to open a ticket, and post in the TS forum.

However to start, you need to address your overall post as it doesn’t provide any real information on the problem or what you have tried, so it does little to help you get your issue resolved. I don’t know if your ticket was better, but your post is mostly a rant, and there is little to no information about what you actually need help with.

When creating a ticket or post

  • Start with a clear easy to understand description of the problem, this should be at most a couple of short sentences, people should not have to wade through a book.
  • Include any Error messages with their complete and accurate text.
  • Provide environmental data, such as WOW version, character class and level, and if its item/quest related the exact item/quest names. Any relevant dates and times should also be include.
  • When relevant include steps to reproduce the problem, in general for any software Bugs which can’t be reproduced typically won’t get much attention.
  • Include things you have done to troubleshoot the problem, always be accurate and don’t say you did things because you don’t think its valuable if you didn’t do it.

Hahah this is turning into a giant customer care -ish sandwich.
Thanks for all the feed back.

As far as I know, the only things missing are unlocks from the collection log, and a few titles. There is likely a few corresponding achievements for those, I assume.

Not expecting much obviously, knowing its blizzard. Submitted an in-game ticket. That was basically just: double check your inventory >_> and then report the bug on the forums.

First noticed missing things after a server transfer.

That still doesn’t help.

You need to post what you think you are missing. Cross referencing can’t happen if no one has a starting point. There are over 900 mounts, narrowing them down is vitally important. Same with transmogs, there’s thousands upon thousands.

Well, it isnt what I think I am missing, RAF mounts rocket and whatever that panther one was, and the zhevra, Salty, Jenkins, all the Nagrand Talbuks. Only things I am knowingly missing.

And then obviously their corresponding achievements.
