Where do I learn portals I only have silvermoon

I am a mage in bfa I just hit 85. I have only portal to silvermoon? Do I need to be friendly or something else to get the other portals?

Have you visited a portal trainer in one of the main cities?

Pretty sure unlike your normal spells the portals and teleports actually have to be learned at a trainer. It’s been a few months since I leveled a mage so I might be misremembering.

The portal trainers are in the main portal rooms. They are in other locations as well, but definitely in the main portal rooms. Train/buy them as you would other professions.
