Where Do I Go for Reforging Tyr Part 3?

I did all those Tyr quests so far. I where do I go to start this one? Can’t find an answer anywhere.

I’m wondering the same thing. Some people are get it from Chromie at the Seat of the Aspects but there’s no quest there.

For me it’s because I haven’t done Dawn of the Infinite: Chrono-Lord Deios yet.

That’s not the Tyr story line continuation, that’s a different quest chain.

from this dont know if changed but

  • REFORGING TYR PART 3
    • Chromie and a new friend join the search for the lost Disc of Tyr. To aid their efforts, Travard rebuilds the legendary Tyr’s Guard, righteous paladins dedicated to representing the values of Tyr across Azeroth. Reforging Tyr Part 3 requires completing “Infinity and Beyond” in the No Limits questline to begin, and rewards Gold and White Armor for dragonriding mounts.

Do I need to do the Valdrakken accord “Silver purpose” questline to get the “reforging” questline?
