I was hanging out in goldshire yesterday,
and there was a hunter (who was afk, he didn’t respond to my inquiry) that had a flaming cybernetic boar pet, i mean it was sheathed in flame, totally awesome, i wants two of them anyone know where i can find them?

edit - there was no effect on the pet like a buff or whatever that made it flamey, it totally looked like it was innate ability.

It sounds like this pet is no longer tameable, or at least not in a way that leaves it forever aflame.
It was part of a low-level Horde quest and the glitch that caused the pig to stay on fire has been fixed. Players who tamed the pig before it was fixed might still have access to it.
I know this is an old … old… topic. But people might find this thread like I did. I just got back to wow after about 8 years, and just pulled my cooking piggy (lol) out and he was still on fire, and his armor has been upgraded!

(since we’re talking pigs i remember getting that pet then a few xpacs later it lost its fire. sad day that lol)
just be careful not to summon it in a rated bg, mythic + or timewalking dungeon; the effect will be dispelled.
