Leveling a new warrior just made it out of exile reach and went to BFA. Now I cant buy any food as it requires level 45 and I’m level 12. Without food I have to wait for natural regen which takes too long
How do new warriors buy or make food after they are in BFA?

-First, go to Stormwind and check the Taverns there. They should have appropriately leveled foods.
-Second, Find the Cooking trainer in Stormwind, and Level Cooking. You’ll make more filling meals, that offer Stat buffs if you sit in place and eat them for more than 10 seconds.
THIRDLY, While In Stormwind, Check with Chromie, and enable “Chromie Time.” That should automatically scale down whatever zone you want to level in, like BFA, to your level. Not certain if this adjusts the Level requirement for food or not. See steps 1 and 2.

Traditionally towns in the leveling zones will have food appropriate for the levels that quest there, but I don’t know how that changed w/ Chromie time and scaling.
ya might look at smokeywood vendor near wintervail trees etc, I know they have a stand in SW and IF at the moment.
Look at food that gives a percent of health or something over time since that will scale up with your best food for your area.
make friends with a mage and they can make conjured food and water or something
Warlocks might give you some health stones which are handy.
There are tons of keep going. things.
I don’t know with bliz nerfing heirlooms to dirt, but if you have the trinket loom that gives you a big heal each time you kill an enemy that yields XP and neck that is a on request heal might help.
Train and level cooking and fishing, get the cromie time thing going and ya outta find scaled stuff from that zone inn keepers.
Thanks all for the suggestions! I will port back to SW and get some food there. I did train cooking but I think its Vanilla cooking and I dont want to quest for meat there.
As long as I can buy food in SW I’ll tough it out until 50 as the leveling shouldnt take that long.
Sadly the cooking food doesn’t scale, leveling my panda in pandaland, the food I made still required level 27.
