Where do I find "Switch Flight Style" command?

I found it on one character to " Switch Flight Style" but cannot seem to find it on another charter, and I cannot remember where I found it the first time. Help?

Mine was on my bar, but try looking in the mount tab.

At the top of “Mount collection tab” it has an icon that says “Skywriting”. Since I was looking for " Switch Flight Style" and not Skywriting I didn’t think that was the place to change it. However, I clicked that icon for Skywriting and it expands to include the spell for “Switch Flight Style”.

It should be in the general spellbook and on the dropdown at the top of mount tab of collections.
