No alchemy recipe is available to complete the quest “Casting the first stone”. There should be a recipe for two quest related items, but I don’t see them on the recipe list.
I’ve submitted a ticket for this but I think it is a bug associated with the new profession UI.

Talk with the Alchemy trainer and make sure you buy whatever recipes he/she has available.
A ticket won’t do anything, I’m afraid. GMs don’t fix bugs, and this would likely fall under game hints, which they also are hands-off with if it isn’t a bug. I would link the comment over on WoWHead, but I’m kind of wondering if that is you since it’s pretty much verbatim to this.
You’ll need to post over in Bug Reports so the Devs can see it. No staff beyond our SFAs come to this particular forum, so your issue will not be seen by the proper staff until either you move this thread or post over in Bug Reports.
No recipes are available from the profession trainer. I’ve already bought everything he has.
Disable then re-enable all your filters on the profession trainers.
This is a bug that exists in all the Legion Profession Quests

This quest has been broken since the Dragonflight Pre release. The recipes do not show up in the new spell book interface. To complete the quest you need to accept it and then type in the following
/run PickupSpell(288176)
/run PickupSpell(288182)
This should manually add the recipes into your spell book.
