Where Did My "Overload Elemental Herb" Button Go?

Title says it all. I switched spec to play as Marksmanship for a while, and now I can’t find the button for that spell.
It’s not in my general spells, not in my hunter spells, not in my herbalism journal nor my inscription journal. I can’t drag it from the profession specialsation tabs…nothing.
But I go back to Beast Mastery, and the button is there again, but still cant find it in my books or anywhere else.

Edit I found the button by changing specs again, exiting game, closing the Battle.net launcher, and restarting wow.

So, only one spec can have it? I can’t find it in the spell book or in the herb/mining book. It only tells me which I can overlord. but doesnt’ have Overload Elemental Herb and Overload Elemental Deposit is not where to be found.
