Its still there for me, on the left side of my character sheet. They moved the option to enable it under Gameplay>Interface>Display (second to last option before Raid Frames). You can also use the search box to find it.

this is all i see , i have all my addons off too. image

Looks like i’ll need to reset my ui

yeah i fixed it with some trial and error. Turns out it was a bad addon.txt file in the WTF folder
