i have them updated but i dont see any of them in game and no button to enable them
If installed in the _retail_/interface/addon directory, you can access them from the Game menu.
i had them working before no problem now i dont even see the addon button on server screen
You have to click the “Menu” option on the login screen now. Addons will be there along with the other options.

Check your addon directory then. Its possible they got deleted somehow.
interface folder has my addons still there
Move your addons to your desktop, delete the Interface, Cache and WTF folders, load into WoW, close the guy by LOGGING OUT, not by exiting, press Esc till you get to the Reconnect part, THEN Quit the game.
Then, put your addons back into the Interface folder.
Should work for ya.
This WILL reset all your addons settings, be advised.

Sounds like a layer 8 issue.
Addons are very temperamental. The slightest error and you just don’t see anything. I believe there are debugging tools that people in the UI discussion can tell you about.
I was able to get my very very simple addon working just by asking the UI people for advice but if your addon is more complex you might want to go with the debugger.
