Where can you find wild mech pets?

I’m currently lvl 21, a gnome, and I started with a mech pet (rabbit… Why? IDK), I have the hunter mech track available, but I have no idea where to find any mech pets I could tame or if they are considered “exotic”, which means I’d have to wait to lvl 65 to get any.

Side note: It would be pretty cool if Fel Reavers could be tamed.

There are very few that can be tamed at low level.

When you view details on a pet click the wowhead link (little rocket icon) and read the comments from past players on what is required to tame them
