head directly to Northrend and start questing
There should be a quest on the call to arms board in most cities as long as you are in the level range for Wrath.

is lvl 106 too high for wrath?
go down to the docks (the very far right dock)in Stormwind which will take you to Borean Tundra, or as i like to call it “Boring” Tundra or you can take the boat at Mithril Harbor in the Wetlands which will take you to Howling Fjord which is my favorite way to go. Good luck fellow adventure!

Turn on your low level quest tracker.
Yes. Wrath scales from level 60 to level 80. You can go there and do the quests if you turn on low level quest tracking but you won’t get any experience for them, just gold.

Go to Stormwind and head to the docks. Go to the right to the last dock and head to the end and wait. A Ship will arrive, it will take you to Valiance Keep in Borean Tundra which is a zone in Northrend here you can pick up quest from the NPCs to quest in that zone, or you can pick up the quest next to the Flight Master which will have you fly to Dalaran in the Crystal Forest.
Upper right corner of your UI, the little magnifying glass left side of the mini map, clicking that will give you a drop down menu.
Low level questing… I think it’s called? Sorry in a bubble bath on an iPad so going by insomniac memory.
If it’s not on the initial drop down, go the Townsfolk sub menu. Pretty sure it’s on the first menu though.
