Where can I see the actual coordinates?

do the coordinates example: “48:76” show up on the map in upper right hand corner???

You need a mod to show them. You would go to twitch and find the Warcraft mods and look for map coordinates. Once added they show on the main map when you move your mouse around and then should have a current location right under your minimap

You can get addons that show your location as well as your cursers location.

You need a mod or macro like this person said.

Also, they’re a percentage of x and y on the current map with 0,0 being top left and 100,100 being bottom right. That kinda gives you an idea of the rough area.

A lot of people use TomTom, but there are others. I personally use MapCoords.

It is odd how with all the add-ons that blizzard absorbed into the game, that coordinates never have been. Despite this being a thing since TBC

I actually started using a weakaura for it not long ago, since I’ve gotten rid of a lot of misc addons (which coordinates got caught up in one of those as a result).

It’s tagged as Classic, but works the same in Retail. Can just drag it around the screen to put it where you want it.

I use SexyMap.
Fixes a lot of the problems with the minimap and buttons surrounding it.

so I can just download an app to the game and then the coordinates will show up?

Yep! Through Twitch they will download and install in your add on folder. Youll also see it under addons at the character select screen. Then once in game, youll see a little box like [38.6 54.2] that you can move and will also be in the main map when you pull it up.

Is it strange that I don’t need an addon to see coords? They’re showing in the lower left corner of my map. Unfortunately they’re being hidden by the eye of N’Zoth atm.
