Where can I learn to cook past 150?

Wowhead says there’s a trainer in SW and IF but I checked SW I’ve learned everything from the trainer. Not sure about IF. my skill is about 138 I think

edit: the sw trainer actually had it

I’m 149 now where do I go to get the book to go past 150?

Buy the Expert Cookbook. Its Sold by a vendor in Ashenvale (For alliance) And sold by a vendor in desolace I believe for Horde.

Is it is the main inn location for Ashenvale (Astranaar)?

And to reach 300 after that, you have to go to Tanaris and do a quest for Dirge at the inn. You need… I think it was 10 or 12 giant egg and you can get those from the Rocs around the bones if you need. 20 alterac Swiss, a cheese sold by vendors. And then … I think it was 10? Of the high tier clam meat, which you can get from the turtles on the shore in tanaris. A lot of food vendors will carry the cheese but not in Tanaris.
