Without purchasing it off the auction house. I’ve seen conflicting information about getting it from the rare spawns on the Isle of Thunder, and just killing regular enemies.

If you scroll down to the “Dropped by” secion, it will tell you which mobs you can get it from. It might take you a while though as it seems the highest drop rate from a mob is 2%.
Ah, I see, thanks. I guess I have to hope I get lucky with the rare mobs. Would it be more efficient to wait for one rare to spawn, or go around looking for them. I don’t know what their respawn rates are, but I found a route on YouTube.
