I only see World of Warcraft Classic, am I missing something in the Battlenet?
Low effort 0/10
What do you mean low effort? either be helpful or don’t troll…
Bro, look at todays date, then look at TBC classic release date
I know, my question was… there is no pre-download so you can be already ready at launch date? or…
I think you have to wait for patch day when they snap shot the characters to split the games.
It’s not possible that someone doesn’t know this? With all the misinformation out there you just assume they’re trolling?
As of right now there’s nothing. It might appear on Tuesday. The current servers are progressing to tbc so it’s likely the only download we will have to do is to download the tbc data. The classic era players may have more to download but we will find out likely on Monday or Tuesday.
I perceive that on pre-patch day (May 18th), the launcher will receive an update. I’m not sure how it will play out but I expect another choice will appear on the launcher for The Burning Crusade Classic. When you select that choice, the Play button will change to an Install button.
Current servers are becoming bc classic. We won’t have much to install. The classic era servers are new.
That was also my thought originally but, when I started thinking more about implementation along with the observation that both the classic and tbcc servers will have the same names and the same roster of inactive clones for each account, it made me think that they may have a tbc classic choice in the launcher and you, essentially, download the current public test realm (classic) for tbcc. But, as you say, it may be that we’ll be re-downloading classic instead.
