I have all the reps at exalted, is there a vendor for rewards like that?

If you like horses I think you chose the wrong faction. Most of those are over on the Alliance side. 
Look for emissaries in the major cities to buy mounts. Looking for a specific one?
The 10k alliance horse models?

Still woulda killed for a Wickerwolf - Drustvar, Nazjar Water alligator wolfpuppy- Stormsong Valley, Pirate bird for Freehold Tiragarde Sound though over the horses.
Undead, argent tournament horses for starters. 
Arathi rares if you’re horde, or 5000 timewalking tokens during Wrath timewalking. There’s also an Argent warhorse for 100 champion seals. Just use an alliance character to accrue the seals at the Argent Tournament.

I’ve provided options so you need to start grinding and killing that Arathor rare dude in Arathi. There’s also Goldenmane, a rare drop in Kul Tiras, Stormsong Valley.

Get the horse with Horde armor for completing the war campaign for both factions. It is best horse.
Can’t wait until the next expansion. Another 5000 horses on the way.

You can get this one it doesn’t take too long, but I always thought the armor looked like it was torturing the poor horse.
You’re a horde player, the only way to get a horse is via an achievement that requires completing the entire bfa campaign on both factions.
I did the achievement for both factions thing and got a nice horde horse. Two sides to every tale, I think it’s called. It’s my favorite mount atm. I even made a mog to match it on my hunter and rogue.
Got the headless horseman mount like 10 years ago or something. Oh and Undead racial mount is a skeleton horse.
But, but, but…what about the Argent Warhorse? Probably less of a grind for a horse than dual factioning.
