So similar to Shadowlands, where you would get weekly quests for loot - like do 4 dungeons and get a higher item level item, etc. I can’t find them in dragonflight.
In valdrakken there are these 2 npcs which have quests for reputation, that’s all I see.
I dont know if this makes a difference or not - but I haven’t completed the entire campaign, I reached 70 before finishing it, does that have anything to do with it? Cause I dont see the normal weekly quests around the island either.
Valdrakken, in the plaza between the bank, the inn, and the AH.
If this is an alt, it shouldn’t matter. If this is your first character in DF, you may need to finish the MSQ.
There should be an “Aiding The Accord” quest on the northeast side of the fountain in Valdrakken which is always a “gain 3000 reputation” quest and usually has a second requirement which is something like “do 5 world quests” or “participate in a community feast.”
On the south side of the fountain is another weekly quest that will be random as well. This one has different rewards depending on if it is a pve or pvp quest that week.
In Val, downstairs, in the courtyard, in front of auction house.
Aiding the Accord also offers a chest that can have items in it.
You can also get an “epic” chest from the Feast, Grand Hunts, Dragonbane Keep and turning in Obisidian Key events. The last three offer additional chests each time you do them in a week but the quality goes down.

i always grab aiding the accord from the adventure guide it is there so i do not have to hit valdrakken if i am out in the field.
To further clarify what others have said, if you look for "Kazra " by the main fountain (courtyard with the bank/AH/inn, etc), they offer the weekly quest tied to the weekly event (e.g. this week is to complete 10 Arena Skirmishes). They are the Bronze drakonid with huge dumbells.
Not all of the weekly quests offer loot, it depends on the event (I think only Timewalking (Normal Loot) and the Dungeon event (Heroic Loot) offer loot, but these aren’t up every week.
If you open your calendar in game, you can look at which event goes live each Tuesday.
