One of them was available if you chose a severed thread pact, then you’d be able to see it.

They’re both in the spider zone.

both in spider zone, i chose general. didnt see them till later in the day for some reason.

I had a pact going already, but didn’t see the wpvp quests until I actually went there.

Azj’Kahet WQs don’t show up until you’ve chosen a Pact, and both PvP WQs were in Azj’Kahet, with one being in the city.

Additionally, City of Threads WQs won’t show up on the overall zone map; you have to click on the city itself to zoom in.
