AP gains have been bumped up in some places, which is nice. However, that is countered by the fact that the weekly reduction will shut off in 2 weeks (3/26) and likely not come back on until 8.2 releases sometime this summer (if not later).

With that in mind, the AP bumps should have been more significant.

The brawl is just the introduction for the advanced AI. Afterwards, AB with the AI will go into the system as one of the options. In other words, itā€™s here to stay, not just the occasional brawl.

Itā€™s just a smaller warfront. Because those were so successfulā€¦

Itā€™s intended to be added to the regular pvp rotation. If Iā€™m queuing for a random do I have a chance of getting this PvE garbage?

Iā€™m hoping there are a whole heap of class tuning changes because literally not 1 person is happy over in the PvP forums.

Another thing. Why the hell do we still get dismal AP rewards from Rated Arenas?

Why the hell am I forced to do content I donā€™t enjoy or like to stay competitive in PvP.

Imagine if M+ players were forced to do Rated 3v3 for BiS gear. There would be a riot.

I donā€™t know about that. I would hope itā€™s separate from the actual PVP instances. But I guess weā€™ll find out in 2 weeks when it comes off the Brawl rotation.

Because try as players may, this game has always been PVE with PVP on the side. And the side piece gets little attention.

Never before this expansion had it been necessary. They have effectively killed the entire PvP community this expansion.

This discussions been had and buried. Not that Iā€™m against it personally but it would make alot of people angry.

Effectively killing the PVP community should have been evident when they got rid of PVP realms and replaced it with the mess that is warmode.

The PvP community does not care about War mode or PvP realms.

They also add pets and an achievement for raids in Pandaria, whilst removing portal to main city. :frowning:

Itā€™s really stupid to be giving PvP rewards for PvE.

With how theyā€™ve botched up PvP servers and warmodeā€¦ itā€™d probably be smart if they didnā€™t ruin PvP any further. If they choose to double down on their AI tech in PvP long term (and they donā€™t do it just right) itā€™s going to make some people very irate.

You had to have had 2k+ rating in a rated bracket over the seasons that appearance covered. The talk about bringing old sets back happened and blizz ultimately decided they would stay a timed reward

I am not talking about gladiator stuff, I am talking about aspirant gear (what you get from random BGs). Do you also get the aspirant set through rating rated pvp?
