Where’s the toilets? Does everyone just pee and poop outside, in the open?
No showers or bathtubs? Eek!
I feel like I’ve seen an outhouse somewhere, but I think there is a single bathtub I’m aware of in Dalaran. Someone’s always using it.

There is an outhouse in your garrison and a fountain to bath in (or the pool in the mine).

I remember an outhouse somewhere with a Dwarf in it who needs TP, that was the quest, get the Dwarf some TP. Blasted Lands? Maybe.
the game takes place in a medieval style world so pretty much, indoor plumbing hasnt been invented yet

Trust you me I take one every day and at every time they throw me in lava,water (and other substances) as for toilet you’re a toon use your imagination .
