You can ask each cities’ guards and they can point them out in your map. Look for the red and white spinny thingy.

Ran into one in a horrific vision yesterday. I actually haven’t checked under my helm since to make sure the damage wasn’t permanent.

For Horde players there is a barber shop in Orgrimmar, Undercity, and Dalaran. They are NOT in the Pandarian, Draenor, or in BfA city.

Edit: there is one in the BfA city, Dazar’alor

For Alliance, you can add Stormwind and Ironforge.

There is also one in Boralus, not in the harbor area that’s the “city” for players but in the actual houses, where the pvp quests and vendors are, it’s right up against the big wall.

I don’t know if they should be called barbers tbh. They are basically plastic surgeons nowadays.
