Where are the argent dawn quartermasters?

I’ve been farming these necrotic runes but there seems to be a lack of Quartermaster anywhere. I’ve searched in all the places WoW head has said they are but there’s no Quartermasters anywhere??

Edit: Found one in Darnassus

They’re bugged currently.

Still missing, despite the hotfix claiming they were fixed.

Yeah I had to run to Stormwind to buy my tabard as a Horde player.

There is now an Argent Outfitter in Org. near the bank.

What? It’s still not giving me a vendor and I did the quest.

As of last night, it does not offer anything, just a dialogue box. I will check again now.
