Where are my name change tokens? How will I apply them?

I bought a name change pack for three. I went through the checkout. I have not received anything in return other than the feeling of flushing 20 dollars away.

How do I access the name change pack? Specifically, how do I apply a name change to each of three characters? I can’t find any instructions on this topic other than to buy the name change service.
