idk, from what i understand outlaw have a lot of CCs options but lack the damage output in pvp. I could be wrong.

No mortal strike, and 100% physical damage make it pretty rough.

Good CC, but that’s about it.

Nailed it. RTB is also such a terrible design for any type of pvp.

Legit would take wod combat over this trash design we have now. Honestly I’d take back wod everything over all the spec designs we have now.

If you are playing outlaw in PvP, you need to delete your character.
