does he only have a chance to drop the mount once a week? or can you just repeat as much as you want?

Once, until you cycle and get a new Darkshore Warfront.

Not in the actual “warfront”, but in the occupied zone once your faction has control (aka portal available to get there), you have a single shot, per character, during that occupation.

uh, no mounts drop in the warfront battle itself, just the zone once you control it.

Nah, you have to have control of the zone.

Also, he may or may not be a world quest. Elites drop stuff even when the game doesn’t tell you to kill them.

does only drop once a week for all chars? or could you do it with another toon and still get the chance to drop?

for instance if i had two blood elf pallys, could i use one to kill shadowclaw, and then use the other toon to kill him and get a chance at the drop for both toons?

Yup, each character has a chance per cycle for it to drop. I throw my BElflock here and my gnome rogue on the various weeks to get max drops

What he said. This is basically why I have a billion alts. It works exactly like it does when you farm raids for mounts/mogs.
