When will the horde account for the crimes

Ssssh, “real Horde players” hold that single incident as being the equal of every atrocity the Horde has, or will, done combined.

no u

Eh, I wouldn’t hold my breath. Any time that Blizz tries to make the Horde more sane, stable and less war hungry, the Hardliners screech how “Baine is betraying us again” and “We’re just the Red Alliance, RIP”.

I’m surprised no one’s mentioned the other one yet.

The “orcs in concentration camps” one.
(Unless someone has and I’ve missed it due the topic updating.)

Thats mean. Especially coming from a Tauren.

Writing that affects the player, who has absolutely no control, would not be a good move. Forcing someone to pay the consequences for what is beyond their control is bad game development.

You’re a gamer, not a Dark iron dwarf. The less you invest yourself, the better off you will be.

Sylv is gone, there’s no holding her accountable. Nathanos on the other hand should probably be executed, “just following my waifu’s orders” never cuts it in a war crimes trial.

It’s very possible to want the betrayer dead and still want to be the dark side :metal:t2:

To be fair, the Orcs were high out of their mind on Pit Lord blood. The fact we put them in internment camps instead of slaughtering them entirely was mercy.

How is changing the game world punishing the player? I’m not saying Blizz should got after your main toon and take all their gold and throw them in virtual jail.

This. Some among us tend to get a little too involved in this.
And some of my own posts in this thread are not above that exact scrutiny.

Something something Sunday post something something…

And as a gamer, I can’t be sick of the other faction getting to be Sith-Lite all the time?

I.E. getting to be edgy and blood thirsty with none of the baggage and repercussions from said actions?

Again, not going into detail explaining it. I don’t have the time or patience, and you don’t have the desire to understand. So…moving on

1 hour 10 mins… left of Sunday. Est anyway

I know, I’m just saying that “orcs in concentration camps!” tends to be the other whataboutism the zealots use (after Taurajo), similarly without proper context.

It couldn’t have anything to do with the fact that “concentration camp” is a poisonous buzzterm.

I mean, I don’t need to understand a pile of elephant dung to know what it actually is.

Thank you for proving my point.

Purely for discussion sake, is it commonly agreed by Alliance mains that Horde players should be held accountable in some way? Or should the accountability fall above our heads somehow, such as punishment of one of our leaders?

You have no point.
