Where is information on the next phase? You guys have lost 30k plus players in the last 2 weeks. Its kinda of sad. Can we get a response like soon…
They don’t see it as losing 30k players if those players move to Cata, retail, MoP redux or whatever is called.

Ironforge. Players who log don’t stop logging. Hell even I had to roll our two teams to one and it’s still grim. SoD feels exactly like a pserver in free fall.

Using ironforge data we can see that this phase is actually the most stable in terms of active raiding numbers as a percentage over the phase.
Keep in mind that ironforge tracks raiding characters and not players. SoD will naturally decline in total character numbers as people choose to sustain less regular raiding alts as the level cap increases.
When the cap was 25, it was extremely easy to create, raid and maintain many alts compared to now.

Brother i am just helping you analyze the stats that you’re preaching, please take a breath.
This phase is so far the most stable in terms of sustained raiding characters, but yes, the overall amount of raiding chars is less. This is likely because, as i said previously, people have less raiding alts as the level cap increases (and raid duration increases too).

That was a combination of that, plus the far better 10 man raid size. Was very easy to quickly do a few raids on multiple characters in a night.
Of course, i completely forgot to consider raid size reduction!
This easily explains the halving of log count.
3 vs 7 day lockout contributes more to that I reckon.
