When attempting to mount the Acidic Void Creeper while phased you get a different mount, this is an easily repeatable bug
Mounting almost any mount in Phase Diving cosmetically converts the mount into Phase-Lost Slateback. (Except for the Delver Dirigible mounts, AFAICT.)
