Not sure if it’s a bug, but it feels like it is. Currently the Weekly quest “When Time Needs Mending” is flagged as account bound. Thus, only completable one time per account, which is causing a lot of confusion for anyone with more than one character at max level. What’s weird though is that last week I was able to do it on multiple characters, but not all of them.

I was able to do the quest yesterday (7/18) on several of my alts but not my hunter (I know this is the 2nd time for her), priest, mage, or death knight. I did disable addons, logged out, logged onto a different server, etc to no avail. I wish they would fix this! Very irritating to say the least.

The “When Time Needs Mending” quest can only be completed once per account per week. It cannot be completed again until after the weekly reset occurs. This is working as intended.
I suspect that alts receiving the quest is actually the bug.
