When the Devs do Something Bad

we should let them know, and we do, we trash them. For the last couple of years, its been BAAAD. And when the Devs do something good, we should let them know, and boy did they do something good. Changing AoE markers to be more visible and frontals to be more detectable was a huge plus in my opinion.

This is just a post to commend the Devs for doing something good, keep it up, we notice.

We do let them know, we let them know when we buy the game and remain subbed.

I must say though, i wish the devs would do a census once per expansion via the Bnet app, one time per active account, just a whole bunch of questions about what we liked and what we didn’t like, because participation alone isn’t a good metric when it’s on its own.

That’s a nice sentiment, but just a quick look at the forums will show that players complain often (frequently for the sake of complaining) and seldom praise.

I feel like if they did a census of the next up coming expansion or two features and secretly asked for feedback, it’d help immensely, as otherwise they’re going in blind as to what will be well received or not.

Though, I imagine we’re getting so much innovation lately because a certain CEO got parachuted out of the company along with the rest of Activision.

Agreed. But I’ve played through expansions I really didn’t care about just to keep playing with friends. A short survey on a scale of 1-10 and “disinterested” (for example pet battles) would help more I believe.

I don’t think they actually care what players think tbh

There’s a reason DKs has had the same horrible play style since legion despite the endless complaints about it and the devs just going “lmao too bad”

The last couple of years have been pretty swell, honestly. Not perfect, and I certainly have my fair share of gripes, but the game’s definitely not dying like it was in SL.
