When Remix ends

Who will not be coming back to WoW until the next one? I have at least two friends who said they now see it the primary reason to play. So are you staying or going?

I think Remix was fun for a limited event to roflstomp things. But as a main mode of gameplay? Not for me.

I saw Remix for what it was: and end of expansion fun thing to do during a lull. Nothing more and no I’m not quitting because Remix is going away.

Breh half of the remix crowd is already trying to break down the doors to get back into retail. Have been for the better part of a month already. I’m not sure you’re going to be able to start a movement on this.

I am not doing anything. I like both equally. But I had a friend come back to WoW just for remix and is not adding time after. Says progression felt better overall in remix.

Someone that came back for remix is leaving after remix.

More news at 11.

It was fun for what it was. I hope they do another. Love to see one for LK, or LEG.

I may go, honestly. Not cause of WoW, though or because if the lack of Pandaland. I think I want to try out the new Star Wars game.

Granted, I do enjoy this mode and would love to do it for other expansions. I found it fun.

They played DF S1 and half of S2. Seeing no reason to continue till remix was added to try it out and loved MoP. They ended up liking it more.

Remix lasted all of a week and a half… It locking everyone in its jail for another three months was asinine.

I have been playing it since it started. I have a monk both factions and working on a warrior. Also finding those who actually want to pvp has been really fun at max level. Only issue I have with it is no farm at half hill.

For me, it was this, and also a way to collect a bunch of stuff that I either missed, or would likely never get otherwise. I was here before Remix, and I’ll be here long after Remix.

All those lovely alts I rolled for Remix to have them at max level for TWW will be played through TWW.

And hopefully Blizz will decide to use Remix as a catch up mechanic for the next expansion but to keep it fresh revamp another expansion for it. Or revamp Vanilla.

Remix for me was a fun diversion until the new expansion but I don’t see myself doing it a second time.

The major reason for me, to do remix, was the fast leveling of alts. Through it I was able to create over 10 new characters and get them all to 70. Until they release more races I don’t see the need to play another remix

Sounds like a skill issue.

Remix was so braindead easy I wouldn’t call it progression.

What if they make a prestige system for characters to reset them to level 10 but you keep your achievements and other unique items? Then you get better rewards for doing it again.

This was one of my suggestions for any future Remixes. Since I already have a ton of alts, maybe some exposition NPC could be recruiting players for this Timerunning mission. “Now, you might lose some of your power being transported like this…” Then, I could pick which existing characters to play, instead of creating 14 more alts. I have so many, in case I didn’t mention that already. lol

I finished all the quests and did the raids once or twice and quit. I can only take gear progression so far before it gets boring. One reason I couldnt really get into diablo 4 after I beat the main story.

I had fun seeing how OP I could get too. Quite powerful apparently. My TWW main toon has over 550K Threads.

There’s no PvP in Remix, so no lol

I’ll be playing TWW, although I might wait out early access and just allow them to fix things first.

If it’s bad, I’ll continue to wait

Remix should be shut down by TWW so we can have our cake and pie too
