His spirit went to Odin’s hall, now when he dies again will he go to Odin’s hall or Shadowlands?
He ends up in Detroit.
Depends on if Odyn’s val’kyr get to him before a Kyrian does.
If you do the daily quest for Kyrian (the one where you judge 3 souls) even according to the Kyrian, if Odin’s Valkry have a claim on you then your soul is returned to Odin.
He went to the Halls of Valor because Val’kyr were nearby to grab him. Anywhere besides the Broken Isles and he’d either wander the Spirit World/Veil or get picked up by a Kyrian.
WAIT, every Warrior player character is dead, then?
I’m pretty sure they were just at death’s door, not actually dead.
I think it’s canon at this point of the player’s constant resurrection so the Warrior player likely did die in Legion.
A fate worse than the Maw
Pretty much yeah, at the beginning of Legion after the Broken Shore event, an npc for the Horde or Alliance warrior demands to get bloody vengeance and you both fly off to kill every last demon. You end up joining some Vrykul fighting a pit lord and it kills you all with its last breath. Then the valkyr are like: eeeeeey odyn thought that was sick, you guys can live again.
No, the warrior is almost dead. But they save you. Since if you died then it would have been harder for Odyn to have you get the fury weps.
Interesting. Now i have a question: everytime my warrior dies like, in the lore, he’ll go back to the halls of valor again and again?
I think as far as the lore is concerned, you don’t really die, except when you do. Kinda one of those gameplay > story things. As far as i’m aware there isn’t another instance of us dying other than against Argus when Eonar revives us with her tree.
Your warrior will go to Odin’s Hall because SLs has a sewer system yet all those people in SLs are supposed to be dead so what do they need a sewer system for?
They don’t. So SLs must be a purgatory kind of place or some kind of trap.
Danica explicity says that she rescued you before you actually died.
To be fair, if you do any part of the Helheim questlines in Stormheim, run the Pantheon to the end against Argus in Legion, etc… you’re already canonically dead from several boss/story developments, even Arthas kills us… so we’re like 1 for 1 on deaths with Sylvanas…the only difference is some of us managed to stay charming and handsome after so many demises comedic drumroll.
Extra curveball for Forsaken race: your warrior was already undead, revived in Tirisfal
Only on the inside.
This is true.
Ah yes waiter, I ordered my champion of Azeroth extra extra EXTRA dead… not rare.
