Systemlands was delayed and it should have been delayed even more to make the expansion better.

But BlizZard simply dug in their heels in with covenants.

They are about to do the same thing with hero talents with war within.

Because war within is supposed to launch in summer that is a tight deadline. And they will force hero talents through even if they are half baked.
