I remember seeing a post saying its going to be tested on ptr soon or is being tested on ptr now 1 or the other

It’s on the 10.0.5 PTR, but they haven’t announced if it will be back for 10.0.5 (in a week and a half) or 10.0.7 (probably about 1-2 months after).
That is something we will find out for sure when we get the patch notes (late this week or early next week.

I don’t suppose the Legion artifact weapon appearances from Mage Tower is available again is it? I was really wanting to get some of those for Xmog.
